OIL-REC Waste Oil and Slop Recovery is a business dedicated to the recovery and recycling of waste oil and slop, as well as the conversion of waste engine oil and slop diesel into clear, carbon-negative diesel substitute. Our business started with a commitment to environmental sustainability, and has grown to provide efficient solutions for waste management in the oil industry, especially focusing on small island developing states. Our professional journey has been driven by the desire to make a difference in the world. We believe that by providing a unique selling point of leasing the plant and taking a small percentage of the sale price of the carbon-negative fuels, we can ensure that the customer is straight to profit as well as disposing of the waste oil. Our Process
A Step-by-Step Guide
At OIL-REC Waste Oil and Slop Recovery, we have a step-by-step process, we collect or recieve the waste oil or slop and process it through our state of the art refinery plant, converting it into
85% clear diesel substitute to Euro standard.
5% petrol, 5% gas for heating the plant, and 5% asphalt for road repairs.
the diesel is then mixed with the relevant batch of standard diesel and distributed in the normal way...no extra infrastructure needed apart from our plant at approx 500sqm.
the fuels produced are carbon negative and can be used to reduce the firms ( or nations) carbon footprint.
